Refund Policy
Return Period:
You have 30 days to return an item after you receive it.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you got it.
- It should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:

- We will give you a return shipping instructions if your return is accepted.
- Items sent back without asking for a return first won't be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Check your order when you get it. If it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away at admin@pincrates.com so we can fix it.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges:
Return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the EU, you can return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you got it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and checked your return. If approved, you’ll get a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
