Where We Ship

Standard Shipping

Most standard shipments are sent through USPS or FedEx Ground. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order. Orders may ship from either of our warehouses located in Pennsylvania PA depending on your location and/or stock availability.

Orders may require +1 business day to process and ship. For example, orders placed on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. After an order is processed and shipped, packages usually reach their destination in 4-5 business days but can occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing delays. Please note, if your order contains one or more backordered or preordered item(s), all items in your order, including non-backorder/preorder items, may be held so they can ship together.

Express Shipping

Most express shipments are sent through FedEx. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order. Orders may ship from Santa Barbara, CA, or Hong Kong depending on your location and stock availability.
